Alicia Silverstone and 'Shape'

She's still talking about how adopting a vegan diet (8 years ago now) changed her body and her life. Going vegan definitely allowed Alicia Silverstone to drop the extra weight she used to carry, so something non-vegan (like dairy, or eggs, or meat) must not have agreed with her before. She admits to doing nothing more than yoga classes and long dog walks for exercise, but appears nice and slim nonetheless. I'd call it "skinny fat".
